1. Dispatch times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
During launches, sales, or busy periods, dispatch may take up to 3–5 business days — we’ll notify you if there’s any delay.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our studio.
2. UK delivery

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked or DPD.
You’ll get live tracking updates by email or text once your parcel is on its way.
3. International delivery
We currently ship to Europe, the US, Canada, and Australia.
Delivery time varies by destination:

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked, DHL Express, or UPS (depending on destination).
Please note: Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient. ARLO London cannot predict or reimburse these charges.
4. Order tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS.
If your link isn’t working within 24 hours, it simply means the carrier hasn’t updated their scans yet.
5. Delivery issues
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated time:

Check your tracking link and local delivery office.

Contact contact@arlo-london.com with your order number.
We’ll liaise with the carrier and do everything we can to locate your parcel.
Please allow:

10 working days (UK) or

20 working days (international)
after dispatch before we can declare a shipment lost and issue a replacement or refund.
6. Pre-orders
Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page with the estimated dispatch date.
If your order includes a pre-order item, the whole order ships together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
7. Packaging
Each ARLO piece is shipped in our signature recyclable box, dust bag, and protective outer mailer.
We use eco-friendly, FSC-certified materials where possible.
8. Address errors
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.
If you realise there’s an error, email us immediately at contact@arlo-london.com
Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute it, and any re-delivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
9. Delays beyond our control
We’re not liable for delays caused by customs, postal strikes, extreme weather, or other circumstances outside our control — but we’ll always do our best to assist and keep you informed.
